Bob, great job, especially for being sick. Good luck at Nats!
I raced at the Wrentham Duathlon this past weekend and posted a less than a stellar result. It was clear during the race that I was still suffering from a chest cold, as I coughed may way through the run portions of the race. I was 3 minutes off my PR for the course and a minute behind the winner finishing in 3rd place in the 50+ category. I'm feeling better and hope to be 100% for next weeks national championship race in Richmond, VA.
Great job.
GOOD JOB GUYS!

How did it feel?
