New Weekly Ride Starting

Yeah Chris, no one gets left behind.  That's the plan, anyway.  If there is a big difference in abilities, the faster climbers have 3 choices: go off on their own, push someone else up the hill, or do hill repeats until the stragglers catch back on.

It should be interesting.  At least I'll have something new to write about.

Chip
Keith, nice job on the rides section.  it looks good
Thanks Chip !
For everyone, based on the last board meeting it was decided to make the rides section of our website more beginner friendly. Take a look at it. I took my first stab at it. Right now it doesn't look very appealing to the eye. I'll work on that.
Please give me your feedback and keep me up to date with new and exisiting rides.
Thanks !!!!!
This sounds fun.  It would be nice to ride some different rides for a change.  no one gets left behind?
I was asked by Quinebaug Valley Velo to start a serious training ride.  Tuesday's work well for me, and I'm told the Norwich ride is no more, so this is what I came up with:

Name - Chip's Plainfield Pain District (PPD) Ride
Description – ~1.5 hour road ride in the hills of Plainfield and Sterling, CT, including climbing intervals and some paceline drills between climbs. Though this ride is designed for faster riders and road racers, the ride regroups at the top of each climb, no one gets dropped or forgotten, and the group ultimately determines the pace. Route to vary every 4 weeks or so, but will feature 3 – 4 climbs each week. Rain cancels.
Start location – Commuter parking lot at Exit 89 (Moosup) on Rt. 395.
Start Time - Roll out at 5:45PM sharp
Start date – Tuesday, April 19th

Keith, if you could add this to the Rides tab that would be great!  I hope to see some orange out there!

Thanks,
Chip
